T otal shipping time : 4-7 working days
Total shipping time is 'Handling Time' + 'Courier Transit time'. Sunday is  not a working day.  In case of issues please reach out to 8008077440.

Handling time - 2 working days.

Handling time is the time from receipt of order to handover to courier.  You will receive tracking ID for your order as soon as your order is handed over to courier. If you do not receive tracking ID within stipulated time reach out to 8008077440.

Courier transit time - 2-5 working days depending on location.
Courier transit time is the number of days the courier takes to get delivered to your address. This time is valid for all locations in India.  Please note that in some cases the courier transit time could get extended due to factors not in our control. We will put in our best efforts to support you.

Cut-off time is 12:00 PM
Order received before 12:00 PM will be handled on the same day. Order received after 12:00 PM will be handled the next day.

Return policy

R eturn Policy Period -15 working days
Your order can be returned to us within a period of 15 working days from the date of order placement. Sunday is not a working day.

Which order can be returned?
If the holder does not fit on your bike or motorcycle.
If you are not satisfied with the product subject to approval from Bolt.

Procedure for return.
Step 1 : Call helpline at 8008077440 (whatsapp available) and state the reason for return. For valid reasons approval will be given on the same working day.
Step 2 : Ship back the product to Bolt on the address provided by the support executive. 
Step 3 : On confirmation of receipt of return courier by Bolt, you can apply for the refund.

Cost of return courier
The cost of return courier wil be refunded by Bolt only if the reason for return is valid. In some cases return will be approved but cost of return courier may have to be incurred by customer.

Refund policy

Refund Policy Period : 7-10 working days from date of refund application

When can you get refund?
If your order was not  handed over to courier on time as per our shipping policy. Please note that delay in courier transit time will not be applicable for refund. We will put our best efforts to support you in such cases.  

In case of return orders, once your order has been returned and received by Bolt as detailed in the reutrn policy, you can apply for refund. 

How will return be processed?
Refund of your payment will be processed by Instamojo, our payment gateway. 
The link for applying for refund will be provided in the  order details email sent to you by Instamojo at the time of payment. Request you to kindly follow below procedure for smooth refund process.

Procedure for refund.
Step 1 : Call helpline at 8008077440 (whatsapp available) and state the reason for refund. For valid reasons approval will be given on the same working day.
Step 2 : Apply for refund through the link provided in  the order receipt email. In case of issues please call for support.
Step 3 : You will need to login onto Instamojo platform to complete the refund application.
Step 4 : Bolt will approve the refund application post which refund will be processed within stipulated time period. 

Warranty Policy

Bolt Grip comes with a warranty cover of 2 years for manufacturing defects and product failure during regular usage. Missing parts will also be provided under warranty. 
Please note that damage caused by accidents and other extreme events will not be covered under warranty.  However, we will provide support with part replacments at minimal cost. In certain cases you maybe required to ship back the defective piece for further investigation into the matter. The final decision about the cause of damage will rest with Bolt. 

T he warranty code can used for discounts on future Bolt products and upgrades!

How to apply for warranty?
Every unit comes with a warranty card containing a warranty code. Follow the steps below for smooth processing of warranty.
Step 1 : Call helpline at 8008077440 and provide the details of the problem you are facing along with the warranty code.
Step 2 : Based on the details of the case Bolt will provide approval for replacement within 3-4 working days. In certain cases you maybe required to ship back the defective piece for further investigation into the matter. In such cases the approval time could get extended. 
Step 3 : Once approval is granted Bolt will ship you the replacement part at our own expense and provide the courier tracking details.

Bracket assembly for clamping onto to handlebar with an Allen Bolt and lock nut.

Custom bolt and nut to connect main holder body to bracket assembly.

User mannual with installation guide.

Warranty card containing the warranty code.
